Empowering Veterans Through Knowledge and Safe Cannabis Practices

At Valor Wellness, we believe that education is the foundation of wellness—and few understand that better than Mark Morrison, a proud Canadian Veteran and Certified Ganjier. Since 2011, Mark has been dedicated to helping others understand cannabis with clarity, confidence, and respect.

Mark’s journey began as an MMAR-authorized grower, where he discovered the profound benefits of cannabis when used responsibly and with purpose. Over the years, he has educated countless individuals—teaching the science of cannabinoids, how to use cannabis safely and effectively, and how to craft your own products at home with confidence and care.

With experience in cultivation, breeding, and international study, Mark has traveled the world to deepen his understanding of this powerful plant. His mission now is to bring that knowledge home—sharing it directly with fellow Veterans and the broader community through Valor Wellness, a veteran-owned holistic wellness center.

Whether you’re new to cannabis or looking to refine your understanding, Mark’s compassionate and knowledgeable approach will guide you every step of the way. Learn how to use cannabis not just as a medicine, but as a tool for wellness, recovery, and balance.

Education. Empowerment. Valor.
Discover how informed cannabis use can support your journey to wellness—guided by someone who’s walked the path himself.

At Valor Wellness, our massage therapy sessions are designed to nurture both body and mind — offering a peaceful retreat where tension melts away and balance is restored. Our goal is to provide a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience, grounded in compassion, care, and understanding.

Our dedicated massage therapists bring years of experience and heartfelt connection to their work:

Tammy Wagner, a registered massage therapist with over 17 years of experience, blends expert technique with genuine empathy. In addition to her clinical work, Tammy teaches part-time at an accredited massage school in Fredericton, sharing her knowledge and passion for healing touch. As the spouse of a military veteran, she understands the unique stresses faced by our community and offers her sessions with gentle strength and compassion.

Caroline Parsons, an experienced RMT of 8 years, brings a soothing presence and calm energy to every treatment. Also the spouse of a veteran, Caroline offers a supportive space for relaxation and recovery — helping clients release stress, ease pain, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.

Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from injury, or simply craving a moment of stillness, our massage therapy services are here to help you unwind, restore, and recharge — body, mind, and spirit.

Are you or a loved one a veteran? Or do you provide care or community support to our service men and women? If so, I want to meet you! As the Client Care Manager at Valor Wellness, it’s my job and personal mission to care for our veterans along their healing journey. At Valor Wellness, we provide support, compassion and patience along with information and assistance for your Cannabis medicine and holistic health care needs. The highlight of my career and my calling is working with veterans. They are a special group of individuals whose service and sacrifice can often go unappreciated. During my work as a Massage Therapist & Educator, my focus of practice was providing professional care for veterans. Additionally, I have a business degree from St. Francis Xavier University with a concentration in Human Resources. This training helped me be able to look at problems and find effective solutions. My goal at Valor Wellness is to support veterans in their individual healing journey. The road to recovery and healing looks different for everyone. Each person has specific needs and hopes for their future. While I believe our medical system plays a part in one’s recovery, I feel there is so much more available. I’m a huge advocate for holistic healing and it’s been a big part of my life. I’d love to share this knowledge with you. I truly believe this is often a missing piece for so many. To our veteran community, thank you for your service. Thank you for your sacrifice. Thank you for your valor.

Together we heal,

Tammy Wagner-Morrison Client Care Manager
